Please email us and contact Route shipping insurance with your order number and an image of the item next to the shipping label. You will only receive a new item or a refund if you paid for Route shipping insurance.

We do not give refunds for melted body butters. Body butters are shipped with ice packs in the summer time and have a low chance of melting. In the instance that a body butter does melt, it does not change the quality. All you need to do is place the jar in the refrigerator until it is solid again.

We do not give refunds for skin reactions. As stated under our product descriptions, please discontinue use if irritation occurs.
